Edwardsburg woman recovering after crash in Porter Township

An Edwardsburg woman is recovering after a crash in Porter Township.

Cass County Sheriff’s deputies were called around 9:20 p.m. on Friday, May 3, to the intersection of Robbins Lake Road and US-12.

According to the sheriff’s office investigation, a 36-year-old man from Three Rivers crossed the center line while negotiating a curve and collided with a vehicle driven by the 45-year-old Edwardsburg woman.

She was taken to Elkhart General Hospital for treatment.

Seatbelts were worn by all involved, and drugs and alcohol were not factors in the crash.
