A Goshen man has been arrested after police say he crashed into a building occupied by a Papa John’s pizza shop.

Officers were called around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, to the building in the 300 block of North Main Street.

They arrived to find the driver, Alejandro Garay Gutierrez, 53 intoxicated.

While investigating the crash, they say he openly urinated in the parking lot.

He was taken to the hospital for medical clearance and then locked up in jail.
