24-year-old Nathan Keosackdy of Elkhart was sentenced to 51 months in prison followed by two years of supervised release after being found guilty of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

Documents say he took an individual to a federally licensed firearm dealer to complete the purchase of a firearm he had chosen.

Keosackdy reportedly carried the gun out of the store and paid the individual for the gun.
