Man sentenced by plea for dealing controlled substance

A man was sentenced to three years on a plea for his charge of dealing in a Schedule II controlled substance.

Authorities were tipped off about Jake Russell dealing illegal drugs in April of last year, and they were able to find around 800 blue pills in Russell’s apartment.

According to The Goshen News, Russell said he sold around 1,000 Percocet or fentanyl pills her week.
