Goshen man arrested after fleeing from officers serving warrant

A Goshen man has been arrested after trying to flee from officers who were trying to serve a warrant.
The incident happened around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 13,  near the 400 block of River Ave.
 As officers arrived at the home in the 400 block of River Avenue, the suspect, Orlando Rodriguez Roman, tried to take off, but struck a vehicle and a mailbox.
Police caught up to Roman and then led him to the Elkhart County Jail.
