Boy, 16, charged with attempted murder in connection to Pin Oak Manor shooting

A 16-year-old boy is being charged as an adult after the shooting that took place at Pin Oak Manor Apartments in Mishawaka.

Police were called on Tuesday night, June 18, where they found one person injured.

The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Brandon Lamont Brown, 16, stands charged with Attempted Murder, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Battery and Dangerous Possession of a Firearm.

The teen is being held at the St. Joseph County Jail.
