Divers recover kayakers body in Juno Lake

Divers have found the body of a man who fell out of a kayak on Juno Lake. First responders in Cass County were called just before 10 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, on the report of the man who was not able to swim.

The Cass County Marine Deputies and Dive Team, along with the Indian Lake Dive Team were able to locate and recover the kayaker.

The male was pronounced dead at the scene.

A Lifejacket was not worn. Alcohol may have been a factor in this incident. This incident remains under investigation.
