It’s 35 years in prison for a man who pleaded guilty to child molestation.

Gavin Weimer, 25, was arrested by Mishawaka Police. He was accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl in a school parking lot back in March.

Investigators say Weimer and his victim knew each other. He picked her up near her home and took her to the school parking lot and assaulted her in his vehicle.

Weimer is a registered sex offender, having previously been convicted of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.
