Indiana gas prices may be on the rise, but Americans for Prosperity-Indiana will be offering pre-inflation gas prices on Thursday, Sep. 5.
It’s happening from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the Family Express on Union St. in Mishawaka.
Gas will be lowered to $1.45 per gallon, which was the average price of gasoline in Indiana in January of 2021.
The discounts will be given for regular unleaded on a first-come, first-served basis, though no RVs or gas cans are permitted.
Second District Representative Rudy Yakym will be joining the rollback event, speaking with Hoosiers about the cost of living crisis that has impacted Hoosiers all around the state

Mishawaka, IN—Summer driving season may be coming to a close, but gas prices are still on the rise. On September 5, Americans for Prosperity-Indiana (AFP-IN) will offer pre-inflation gas prices to motorists at a discounted $1.45 a gallon as part of Americans for Prosperity’s nationwide gas price rollback tour.
The AFP-IN gas station takeover will lower the price of gas to $1.45 a gallon—the average price of unleaded gasoline in Indiana when Biden took office in January 2021. (Gasoline discounts are given on a first come, first served basis, no RVs or gas cans, regular unleaded only.)
