Indiana State Police seeks Shift Supervisor for Toll Road Dispatch Center

The Indiana State Police is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Region VI Dispatch Center at the Toll Road Post, located at 52422 CR 17. This center handles dispatching for the Indiana Toll Road and the Bremen District, which includes Elkhart, St. Joseph, Marshall, and Kosciusko counties.
The Shift Supervisor will oversee dispatchers, ensuring efficient telecommunications and operation of various systems, including CAD, RMS, AVL, and GIS. Responsibilities include supervising dispatch personnel, managing shift operations, training, scheduling, and assisting in the hiring process. The role also involves acting as Assistant District Coordinator for the Indiana Data and Communications System (IDACS) and covering shifts during staffing shortages.
