GOP leaders, Henry Davis Jr. call for Probate Court Judge Jason Cichowicz to resign

The St. Joseph County Republican Party and former city leader are demanding the resignation of Probate Court Judge Jason Cichowicz and the end of the Bridge Link Program.

Their call follows an incident where 18-year-old Cyjarron Odynski was entered into the judge’s program escaped supervision during a field trip and allegedly killed a man.

The GOP and former Councilman Henry Davis Jr. blame Cichowicz and the program for the death of 20-year-old Isaiah Walton-Davis in July.

They argue Cichowicz should be held accountable, with Republicans pledging to contribute to Walton-Davis’ funeral costs.
