The St. Joseph County Department of Health will be participating in the DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday with multiple locations accepting unused or expired medications.

They’re helping prevent misuse and protect families from substance abuse by keeping drugs out of the wrong hands and out of the water supply.

Drug Take-Back Day is happening at the St. Joseph County Jail, Clay Fire Stations 21 and 25, Mishawaka Fire 4 and Beacon Hospital of Bremen on Saturday from 10 until 2.
