Police say one operation recently led to the arrests of 18 people in Kosciusko County, and no, it doesn’t have anything to do with Halloween.
WANE 15 reports that “Operation Pumpkin Patch” involved multiple law enforcement agencies arresting people for drug-related and other crimes.
Officers also say another 14 warrants have been issued.
