An initial hearing was held for a man accused of auto theft and burglary.
27-year-old Tristin McFall was accused of auto theft and burglary in July when officers were informed that two people had gone into Synergy Industries by breaking a window and fled through a hole they cut into the fence.
The Goshen News says one fled on a stolen yellow ATV and the other on foot.
The ATV was found near Adams Street, and McFall told them that he was innocent and does not steal, though he was actively on probation for a previous burglary charge.
His jury trial has been continued to March 31.
