New trial date set for Plymouth man accused of killing man, injuring another

A trial date is set for the Plymouth man accused of killing one man and injuring another in Elkhart.
The shooting happened on Sunday, Nov. 3, on County Road 3.
Local restaurant owner Romulo Reyes, 33, lost his lift.
Another man suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to Elkhart General Hospital for treatment.
In court, Joshua Martinez was appointed a public defender. His trial is set for early April.
