The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office arrested one person after a domestic fight.

Deputies arrived at the West Shore Apartments on Sunday to find a battered woman. They say three small children were also there, living in poor conditions.

A suspect, Michael Carver of Bremen, was at the scene and allegedly struggled to take orders from officers.

Reports say THC vape cartridges were found on him and he was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

He’s facing four charges of Domestic Battery, Strangulation, Neglect of a Dependent, Resisting Law Enforcement, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
