Whirlpool Corporation will be hosting its Innovation Competition on Tuesday.
Employee mentors will collaborate with their mentees to design, manufacture and market a new product. It’s the third of seven scheduled mentorship program events throughout the year.
Students will learn how to work with others, as well as about communication skills, cost management and how to apply consumer needs to improve products. It’s all part of the Whirlpool Corporation Mentorship Program.
They say they’ll host more than 40 of Benton Harbor High School’s Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates youth Tuesday morning.
