A doctor is giving advice on what toys to avoid for young children for safety reasons this holiday season.
December is National Safe Toys and Gifts Month.
Adam Keating, a pediatrician for the Cleveland Clinic, says any part of a toy that can fit through a toilet paper roll is a choking hazard for kids under the age of three.
Toys with magnets and button batteries are a concern as well, because a child can swallow them.
More than 150,000 children under 12 were treated at the E.R. this past year for toy-related injuries.
