31-year-old Denzel Givens was sentenced to 92 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release, and 34-year-old Christopher Rucker was sentenced to 84 months in prison followed by two years of supervised release after they both pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Documents say the men were together in a vehicle when Givens shot two firearms at another car, firing almost 20 rounds.

Then, Rucker took the weapons and hid them in a nearby apartment.

Both men are convicted felons and were prohibited from possessing the firearms.
