A teenager is being charged in adult court after allegedly robbing a gas station in Goshen.

Police responded to a call for an armed robbery at AMCO Gas Station on November 15.

The clerk said two men entered the store wearing all black and face masks. After attempting to distract the employee, one man removed a firearm from his pocket and pointed it at the clerk.

She was able to get to the office and shut and locked the door behind her. The man attempted to open the door but left when he was unable to open it.

The Goshen News says the next day, a young boy told police he was hanging out with a friend when a group of kids on bikes started to shoot BB guns at him.

Police found the boys, and two matched the descriptions of the two from the attempted robbery. 16-year-old Angel Garza was one of them, and his trial is now scheduled for April 7.
