An area woman is facing five years for burglary and auto theft, but none of it is expected to be behind bars. 37-year-old Heather Poe was sentenced by plea agreement to five years at the Indian Department of Corrections with two years suspended on reporting probation and the remaining three years on work release.

The Goshen News says Poe was accused of stealing a man’s truck from his garage. Police were called for a truck stuck in a ditch, where they located Poe wearing no pants and a tank top. She reportedly told police the vehicle had gotten stuck after she was turning the vehicle around.

Police contacted the owner of the vehicle who told them that the truck should have been in his garage.
