Funeral arrangements announced for Elkhart Fire Captain Adam Kuspa

Funeral arrangements for Elkhart Fire Department Captain Adam Kuspa have been announced.

Kuspa passed away, last week, at the age of 41.

He served with the department for nearly two decades and was just promoted to Captain a few weeks ago.
Firefighters’ Union leaders say Kuspa exemplified bravery and compassion, responding to emergencies with unshakable resolve and a servant’s heart and that he left an indelible mark on everyone he met.

Sunday, January 12th 

Friends and family will be received from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 12, at Holy Family Catholic School’s gymnasium, 56405 Mayflower Road, South Bend, IN 46619.

Monday, January 13th

A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 13, at Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial with Firefighter Honors will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend.

Holy Family Catholic Church will provide a live Facebook feed of the mass on Monday from their page.

The procession route includes Holy Family Church south to Sample Street to Saint Joseph Cemetery, 24980 State Road 2 (approx. 2 miles).
