Three people are being charged in connection to the Elkhart shooting of Toby Ray Fisher.

The shooting happened in November. Sami Hussen, Ashley Seabolt and Stephonn Sutton are being charged.

Fisher was reportedly found dead on Monroe Street after reports of a shooting. Surveillance footage was used to confirm the suspects in the area, and reports say the incident happened as the result of an alleged drug deal and robbery.

Documents say Fisher struck Hussen and attempted to rob Hussen as he was weighing meth. Shots were fired, leaving Fisher dead.

A witness stated that the shooting was done in self defense, but all three defendants are being charged with murder.

Don’t do crime and you won’t be killed by criminals.
