The Michigan City community is invited to offer input on the reuse and reimagining of the Indiana State Prison next week.

From 6:30 until 8 on Wednesday, January 22, the Michigan City HOPE Community Center will host an event to outline the process of transforming the site and will offer an opportunity to talk about design, connectivity, economic development, community and land use.

Currently, a team of experts are working to take on the analysis, planning, design and development of a master plan.

Questions can be submitted before the meeting on the developing website page for the reimagination.
