An affidavit to remove Baugo Township Trustee Katherine Weaver from office is being filed.

WSBT says concerned citizens are filing after more than $380,000 has been reported missing from township funds under Weaver’s watch.

They allege she has forged documents, mismanaged bonds and files financial paperwork late or not at all.

The group says they are filing a police report with Indiana State Police, saying they want to ensure accountability in the township’s operations.
