The principal at Bishop Luers High School in Fort Wayne has resigned amid a lawsuit and investigation into child exploitation allegations.
Church officials say Scott Krieger’s resignation was not due to the scandal but they didn’t provide a reason.
Attorneys claim nearly 30 girls pictures were misused by minor male students, who edited existing pornographic videos and sold the doctored images.
The lawsuit also names other school and church officials, along with the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese and the Indianapolis Archdiocese.
