UPDATE: Statewide Silver Alert missing South Bend girl canceled

UPDATE: Zania Mason, the subject of this morning’s Silver Alert, has been located and is safe. The Silver Alert is canceled.
ORIGINAL STORY: A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a runaway teenager in South Bend.
Zania Mason, 15, was last seen around midnight near Kemble Avenue and Indiana Avenue.
She’s believed to be wearing black pants, a white shirt and a white coat. She’s described as 5’2”, 185 pounds, with curly brown hair in pigtails.
Family members are concerned about her well-being due to multiple neurodivergent disorder diagnoses, including Autism.
