The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission has filed a complaint against South Bend attorney Mike Misch.

They accused of him of misconduct in regards to a case with former Judge Jason Cichowicz and school board member Matt Chaffee.

The complaint outlines six charges against Misch, including facilitating the provision of harmful information about Chaffee.

He’s also accused of being involved in events that led to Cichowicz’s suspension.

The complaint also says Misch provided disparaging information about Chaffee to a blogger.
