Police presence increases at Elkhart schools due to alleged threat

More police presence at Elkhart schools on Monday, Feb. 24, after an alleged threat about a school shooting was received.
The threat was posted on Snapshot and prompted action from the district and police for the added security, as well as an investigation to find the person behind the threats.
Anybody with information on this potential threat is asked to contact the Elkhart Police Department.
