It’s two years on reporting probation for a man sentenced for meth possession.

37-year-old Jonathan Burgess was accused of burglarizing a home on Haines Drive in December of last year.

Two individuals were located behind the home and claimed to have been scrapping with Burgess who later denied knowing them.

A witness claimed they saw Burgess drop them off.

The Goshen News says police found methamphetamine on Burgess, though charges for burglary and assisting a criminal were dismissed per a plea agreement.
