Methamphetamine bust in Dowagiac leads to arrest

The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team and detectives from the Michigan Department of Correction executed a joint investigation resulting in a significant drug seizure on Thursday, March 13.

Detectives converged on a residence located in the 500 block of Telegraph Street in Dowagiax.

During a search of the premises, police uncovered a stash of methamphetamine.

A 38-year-old man was apprehended on charges related to the possession of the illicit substance. The identity of the suspect has been withheld pending formal arraignment scheduled at the 4th District Court.
