One of two teens accused in an armed robbery had his trial reset last week.

Eduardo Rueda and Johnathan Martinez are accused of an armed robbery in Twin Pines Mobile Home Park in Goshen in February of 2023.

Reports say the teen victim made a post selling a PlayStation 5 and Rueda responded with interest in purchasing.

The Goshen News says the two were discussing the purchase outside the teen’s home when a man in a truck pulled up and pointed a gun at him before taking the PlayStation.

The truck was linked to Martinez, who was sentenced in July. Investigators say Rueda and Martinez were believed to have met up to plan the robbery before meeting with the victim. Rueda’s jury trial has been moved to June 30.
