Small business owners met with Congressman Rudy Yakym on Friday to discuss concerns over tariffs.
During a roundtable at Stephenson’s in Elkhart, Yakym listened to their concerns and promised to take them to Washington, D.C.
He acknowledged the need for trade talks and assured business owners that tariffs are temporary due to the fentanyl crisis.
Danny Reynolds, owner of Stephenson’s, said, “I’m glad Congressman Yakym is staying on top of it.”
