A man died in a car crash in Warsaw after his Toyota Prius overturned in a water-filled ditch.

The driver, 35-year-old Derek Anderson of Bourbon was pronounced dead at the scene on Wednesday.

Investigators determined that Anderson crossed the center line, hit a sign post and guardrail, and rolled into the ditch.

No one else was in the car at the time of the crash.

Multiple agencies responded to the scene to assist with the incident.
