NWS confirms EF-1 tornado in Steuben, Noble Counties on Sunday

The National Weather Service confirmed that an EF-1 tornado caused damage in Steuben and Noble counties on Sunday.
The tornado touched down at 5:28 p.m. in Steuben County, lasting seven minutes and reaching speeds of 90 mph over a five-mile path.
It started north of Little Turkey Lake, damaging trees, buildings, and a metal barn.
A 50 to 100-yard stretch of trees was uprooted southwest of Long Lake, and a nearby Boy Scout camp experienced significant tree damage.
A second EF-1 tornado was confirmed in Noble County. No injuries were reported.
