The man accused of shooting two people and killing one last November will go to trial on Monday.

Joshua Martinez of Plymouth is accused of shooting and killing Romulo Reyes Osuna as well as shooting Carlos Martinez. Elkhart police responded to a property on C.R. 3  around 4:40 a.m. where Reyes Osuna was found dead and Martinez was wounded.

Surveillance showed Joshua Martinez’s vehicle at the scene and recorded the shooting, and Carlos Martinez was able to identify Joshua as the shooter.

The Goshen News says the court is working to find a translator to accommodate witness translation for Monday’s trial.
