Scattered rain is expected to move across Indiana throughout the week with severe storms possible on Thursday.
“Likely all hazards are on the table for Thursday. Once we get a little closer and have the details worked out, then we’ll have more information about who can expect what and when,” said Cody Moore, meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
Moore says temperatures will get close to 90 degrees in some spots towards the end of the week.
“The chance of rain and storms will be in effect for each afternoon today and through Thursday,” said Moore.
Moore believes some of these storms prior to Thursday will be slow moving and they’ll bring heavy rain at times.
“Just remember, when you hear thunder roar, head indoors,” said Moore.
