A Plymouth man has been convicted in a deadly shooting, last fall, in Elkhart.
Joshua Martinez, 24, was found guilty for the death of Romulo Reyes Osuna and for critically injuring another man during the shooting, last November, in the 700 block of County Road 3.
Surveillance footage showed Martinez’ car at the scene and captured the shooting and the vehicle running over the man who survived as it fled. That victim later identified Martinez as the shooter and told police Joshua had threatened to shoot everyone.
Evidence from the scene matched damage to Joshua’s vehicle. Martinez will be sentenced on June 19.
