A South Bend man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to transportation of child pornography.

Documents say between August 2023 and March 2024, 22-year-old Michael Bellina transported more than 600 images of child sexual abuse material that he received through the internet.

Reports say he uploaded images and distributed them on multiple internet platforms.

Bellina was sentenced to 108 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release.
