A shootout in broad daylight on Saturday injured one person in Benton Harbor. It happened in the 600 block of 8th Street.

Officers found evidence of the shootout and an uninvolved bystander who was injured.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. Police arrested one person involved, but their name has not been released.

Authorities are still searching for another suspect and ask the public to share any information, photos, or videos related to the incident.
