Whirlpool Corp and the City of Benton Harbor are gearing up to celebrate the “Day of Impact” next week.

It’s happening on June 24 with dozens of Whirlpool Corp. employees and volunteers working to make improvements to Morton Park in Benton Harbor.

Starting at 8:30 a.m., they’ll be working to clean up and make renovations in the park.

Volunteers will be working all day, with a ribbon-cutting and renovation completion aimed for 2:30 p.m.
