A man sentenced to almost 100 years behind bars may have to pay restitution to his victims.

24-year-old Joshua Martinez was found guilty by trial of the shootings of Romula Reyes Osuna and Carlos Martinez.

It happened on November 3 when police arrived on scene to find Reyes who had died from a gunshot wound.

Carlos Martinez was also found suffering from gunshot wounds and was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Martinez was found guilty on counts of Murder and Attempted Murder and was sentenced to 60 and 38 years to be served consecutively.

However, The Goshen News says a Notice to the Court Regarding Restitution was filed last week, and the next hearing is set for August 24.
