Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is once again offering free mouthguards to student athletes through its Winning Smiles program.

The initiative, aimed at promoting oral health and safety in youth sports, will provide 20,000 high-quality mouthguards at no cost to middle and high school athletic programs across the three states.

Beginning Tuesday, July 15, athletic directors, coaches, and school officials can request mouthguards by completing an online form. Distribution will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

There is no cost or obligation, and all orders will be shipped directly to schools or athletic facilities free of charge.​
