Indiana saw an increase in June home sales compared to last year’s numbers.
Hoosiers saw a 12 percent year-over-year in June, with more than 7,900 homes sold and just under 7,900 pending sales.
Listings increased by 9 percent and daily inventory jumped 26 percent over last year’s numbers.
More than 96 percent of sellers received their original asking price, though first-time buyer activity has gone down 6 percent.
The median price for the South Bend area was $220,000.
