The last of three suspects in a November 2024 murder will stand trial today.
Stephonn Sutton will be tried alongside Ashley Seabolt for the shooting death of Toby Ray Fisher who was found dead at River Run Apartments in Elkhart.
It happened last November when Seabolt allegedly coordinated a drug deal. During the deal, Fisher reportedly attempted a robbery before being shot.
Seabolt has pleaded guilty, though Sutten states he was uninvolved. The Goshen News says evidence reportedly shows his involvement.
