A man is being charged as a result of injuries sustained in a crash.

It happened in January. Esteban Martinez was reported driving on C.R. 40 when his vehicle went left of the center, striking a Ford Focus.

The Goshen News says Martinez was taken to the hospital, and the driver of the Focus went to the hospital with leg pain.

A passenger was also taken to the hospital with pain.

Martinez is being charged for operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury. His trial is set for November 3.
