Gov. Mike Braun is considering whether to call a special session to redraw Indiana’s congressional districts, with some Republican lawmakers expressing opposition to the idea.
The decision is pending on lawmakers’ feedback, as the topic of redistricting gains national attention.
While some Republicans have accepted an invitation to discuss partnering with the Trump administration, others, including Rep. Ed Clere, have strongly opposed the idea, stating that special sessions should be reserved for emergencies.

If Indiana redraws the districts, it will be a long time before I vote Republican again. I’ve voted Republican since 1974 but now it appears that the republican party is actually the Rino Party. To sell your soul to the president with 34 felony convictions and forgetting your constituents is unforgivable.
