No injuries reported in hit-and-run involving train, vehicle

Police responded to a hit-and-run involving a vehicle and a train at the intersection of East Madison and South 9th Street.
According to Goshen Police, officers were dispatched around 11:50 a.m. on Sunday, Sep. 21, and later located the suspect vehicle.
The driver, Benito Delgado Luevano, 53, was cited for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and for never receiving a driver’s license.
Luevano was released pending a court date. No injuries were reported.
