A construction project is set to begin Tuesday at State Road 933/Lincolnway in St. Joseph County.

Lincolnway will be closed at the intersection with Laurel St between Cedar and Merrifield on or after Tuesday. It will stay closed through late November for local municipality sewer, watermain and other structure improvements.

The local detour is Church/Main St, McKinley Ave and Capital Ave. Through traffic should consider planning alternate routes for the duration.
