A man accused of shooting his daughter’s boyfriend has pleaded guilty to attempted murder in Elkhart County Court.

According to court records, the incident happened on December 17, 2023, when Emiliano Garcia Varrios, upset over his 14-year-old daughter’s relationship with 18-year-old William Pritt IV, confronted Pritt shortly after his release from jail on a battery charge.
